Hello, and welcome to my online brochure.

My name is Glenn Devey and I work with Learning and Development teams who have been asked to deliver training and coaching, but who don't have the resources to deliver those services internally.

Typically I'm asked to run courses such as coaching skills, influencing, presenting and other subjects from the Management and Leadership curriculum. As a trainer of NLP in Business, I also deliver Business-focussed NLP courses in-house and by open booking too.

Sometimes I'm asked to work with individuals as a coach or mentor; maybe an executive needs someone outside of the organisation to work through critical business or personal issues, or perhaps a high potential employee would benefit from working on career progression.

Using a combination of Accelerated Learning, Management and Leadership theory and my own career experience I'm able to tailor behavioural and soft skills courses to meet most organisations needs. If you would like to discuss this with me, there's a contact form on the last page for you to use.
